Your appointment time is your exact appointment time. If you are 15 minutes late, I will try and work with you. If you are 30 minutes late, I will not be able to fulfill your service appointment, due to the fact that your late session will cause other pets who have appointments to subsequently miss theirs because I am doing a late pet during their time slot.

Fluff Theory is not liable for any pre-existing injuries or conditions, diagnosed or undiagnosed, which may become aggravated, exacerbated, or discovered under our care. This includes, but is not limited to, bone injuries, self-inflicted injuries, the state of your pet’s skin once de-matted, etc. Our processes always place your pet’s health and safety at the forefront, and we will notify you of any complications or issues if discovered.

We reserve the right to stop or refuse any groom in the event that we determine it is in your pet’s best interest or your pet displays aggressive behavior.

Base prices are on our services page, however, every dog is unique. Pricing reflects breed, size, coat condition, temperament, and the style you wish. As a premier private service, we don’t rush. Your dog’s level of comfort and concerns are of utmost importance to me. I will take my time with your dog , allowing for laying down in lieu of standing, I will provide comfort and give breaks as needed. No need to worry, I specialize in one on one care.

There is a charge of 20.00 for every hour you are late to pick up your pet. There is a 200.00 overnight charge, as we are not set up for overnight stays.
