For me, pets have always been my first love. Pets are my people and our fur babies are family!

So my focus is treating them just like they are. I started fluff Theory after I tried working in a traditional salon. I was uneasy at what I saw. I knew I could do better, and I set out with that commitment. With an experience I thoughtfully designed for minimal stress, it is my personal guarantee that your pet will be given individual time and attention. I will never ever divide my time to accommodate a higher capacity or schedule Mass bookings. Your pet's appointment is one-on-one and your pet will receive the gentle care and attention they deserve. I do this by adhering to my Signature standards.

My workspace is exceptionally clean; my service is exclusive; my aim is to please pets and pet parents because you should get what you pay for with a great service experience.

I  use breed and coat specific formulations ( I use shampoos, conditioners, products recommended for each cat or dog's specific coat type… this is the science of Grooming)

 I use quiet tools  and practice low stress handling. Because every grooming experience is shaping confidence and positive vibes for that next appointment. I believe in adaptive grooming. If a big dog needs to lay down, I let him. Smaller dog needs to be held and not stand on the table ? No problem! Any sign of stress is a signal for a break and reset, this reassures worry pets that their body language is being listened to and heard. I am always a student - I’m an eager learner and that means I am always refining my knowledge and tool set so I feel good about what I’m doing and give that higher quality  experience to you!
